I just got off the phone with Greg and was talking to him about how when I was unbolting the Xpipe on my car, as soon as I got the bolts off, the passenger side test pipe came falling down a good foot and I heard a pop inside of the flex joint on the test pipe? When this happened, it obviously broke inside the flex joint and now a slight bit of exhaust leaks from there (noticed this after putting everything back on) Anyways, I was like "wtf?!" Anyways, needless to say, when I went to look at the test pipe to see why in the world it came crashing down, almost smacking my head, I saw that the exhaust hanger on the passenger test pipe was missing and had apparently broken off sometime ago while I was driving. Now this should not happen since I use ALL existing hangers and I have flex pipes, so the exhaust system is even more supported that stock. Anyways, after telling Greg this, I was mainly just going to ask if I could buy only one flex pipe from him to have a local shop fix it for me. Before I could even ask for that though, he said that he has seen those exhaust hangers break before although not common..it does happen. Then he said that if I mail that test pipe back to him, he will put another exhaust hanger on it and also put on another flex pipe. After him telling me this I was happy and asked how much I would owe him and he said nothing! He said he stands behind his products and although he isn't the guy or company that makes the exhaust hangers he is still indirectly responsible and will fix it free of charge. I then said that I really didn't mind paying atleast something for the work, and once again he insisted that I not do so. Thanks Greg! Nice to see such a great company in the Z community and I sure look forward to purchasing some nice big products from them in the near future.
